Our Terms and Conditions
The present general conditions of sale govern the relationship between, on the one hand, Mr PAVIOT Jérôme, 8 rue des Acacias 59200 TOURCOING, auto-entrepreneur registered under Siret number 751 434 788 00012, representing the online boutique Les créations en bois de Maryline, and on the other hand, the person who makes a remote visit or purchase on the www.lescreationsenboisdemaryline.fr website, hereafter referred to as "the Customer". The Parties agree that orders placed with Les créations en bois de Maryline are governed exclusively by the present terms and conditions of sale, to the exclusion of all others.
Price
Product prices are indicated in euros excluding VAT, as we do not charge VAT (VAT not applicable - Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros.
Les créations en bois de Maryline reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the base price will remain that applied at the time of order confirmation.
Orders and lead times
By finalizing his/her order, the customer declares that he/she has read and accepted the present terms and conditions of sale.
The order placed by the customer must imperatively include all the elements necessary for its processing:
→ Correct spelling of first name(s),
→ reference,
→ full contact details,
if applicable, delivery address if different from that of the customer.
Orders can be placed directly via the website or by post.
A cheque payable to Mr PAVIOT Jérôme must be enclosed with the mail order.
As this is a custom-made product, orders are considered firm and definitive: no modification, refund or exchange will be granted.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the accuracy of the order when placing it.
After receipt of payment, the minimum manufacturing lead time is three to five working weeks. This lead time is purely indicative, and we cannot guarantee that it will be adhered to, in particular:
* in the event of force majeure (war, natural disasters, fire, strikes, accidents, inability to obtain supplies and any other cause interfering with the normal manufacturing process).
* in the run-up to public holidays or special events. In the latter case, it is advisable to place orders in advance to take account of any extension of lead times.
Payments
The customer can pay for his purchases either by cheque (payable to Mr PAVIOT Jérôme), or by cash in the case of hand delivery, or online by credit card or by his Paypal account, both via the Paypal secure payment module.
The customer's bank details are encrypted and transmitted to PAYPAL, a bank specialized in the processing of online financial exchanges, in a secure manner (SSL) without Les créations en bois de Maryline or third parties being able to access them.
In the case of online payment, the amount of the order is debited from the customer's account at the same time as the payment is validated.
For payments by cheque, the order validation time will be longer.
Once your payment has been received and cleared, your order will be validated.
For all orders, an invoice will be enclosed in the parcel.
Any order for which payment by cheque or paypal transfer has not been received within 5 days of order validation will be cancelled, and the customer will be notified by e-mail.
Delivery
Items will be sent to the address provided on the contact details form, which must be completed at the end of each order.
Orders paid by Paypal will be sent to the delivery address indicated on the Paypal slip. Please check or modify this address if necessary.
Shipping
Packages will be dispatched via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature.
An e-mail will then be sent to the e-mail address indicated to give the tracking number of the parcel.
However, we offer our customers the possibility of choosing to have their order sent by post or by Mondial Relay, and assume full responsibility for this choice, as they are given the choice when confirming their order.
We cannot be held responsible for delays, loss or breakage by the post office or Mondial Relais.
If the parcel has not been collected within 14 days by the customer via the carrier chosen at the time of ordering, the parcel will automatically be returned to us (colissimo or Mondial relay).
In this case, the cost of returning the parcel will be borne by the customer.
First names in attached letters will be packaged in a wooden box to avoid any risk of breakage during transport.
Reserves
As our products are made from wood, we cannot be held responsible for the nuances or natural characteristics of the said material.
Likewise, the items displayed on our lescreationsenboisdemaryline website are personalized creations made by hand.
We therefore do not hold any stock.
It is understood that the customer accepts without reservation the choice, finish, style and dimensions defined by the manufacturer.
Changes may be made at any time without notice.
Only complaints concerning spelling or reference errors made by the manufacturer will be taken into account. They can only be exchanged.
The package must be returned in its original packaging within 48 hours of delivery (as evidenced by the postmark). The manufacturer will include reimbursement of these return costs when sending the exchange product (provided that the postal receipt mentioning this amount has been provided by the customer).
Withdrawal
According to article L221.18:
The consumer, who buys a good or a service remotely from a professional, has a period of 14 days to change his mind about his purchase.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts: for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. wooden letters, door signs, etc.).
The website les créations en bois de Maryline is an online store selling personalized wooden decorations, which are only made to order at the customer's request.
In this case, no request for reimbursement can be made after validation of the order.

This contract depends on French legislation. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably between the User and the Publisher, the courts of LILLE have jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
