When you order on the website www.lescreationsenboisdemaryline.fr we offer you different delivery methods :
Free home collection delivery if you live in the same department (Les Hauts de France)
Delivery by colissimo Delivery by Mondial Relay Delivery by shop2shop by Chronopost
It is important to be able to please or treat yourself at a lower cost From January 1, 2022 we offer delivery of your order at the single price of €5 by the global carrier relay
We allow you to collect your package from our home in Tourcoing
This offer is only valid in mainland France.
1. Home delivery
For home collection delivery, simply enter your postal details and choose free home collection.
From that moment on, a message will tell you the withdrawal notice: “After notification by email and agreement on the meeting day and time”.
When your order is completed and ready to be collected, we will contact you by email and agree on a meeting day and time, depending on everyone's availability.
3. Delivery by Mondial relay
For delivery by the Mondial relay carrier, simply choose this carrier in the delivery method
This carrier sends packages within 3 to 5 working days once the package has been dropped off at a relay point.

When confirming the order, tell us the desired relay point on the basket page to add a comment or send it to us by email
The parcel tracking number will be sent to you once it has been franked and dropped off.
You can follow the delivery of your global relay package here: https://www.mondialrelay.fr/suivi-de-colis From November 1, 2022, a single deadline of 8 days will be applied for all packages in Point Relais® and/or Lockers.
After this period, the package will be returned to the sender (Les créations en bois de Maryline) In this case, please contact us in order to agree together on a new shipment of your package which will be at your expense.
2. Delivery by colissimo
For delivery by colissimo, once your details have been filled in on the order form, 2 carriers will be offered to you: colissimo and Mondial Relay
For delivery by colissimo, simply click on colissimo and your package will be delivered directly to your home within 2 working days.
A parcel tracking number will be sent to you by email once your parcel has been stamped and dropped off at the post office.
So you can easily follow the delivery of your package on the postal service here: https://www.laposte.fr/outil/suivre-vos-envois In case of absence during the delivery of your package, the postman will leave you a notice in your mailbox
You will have 14 days to collect your package from the post office nearest to you.
4. Shop2Shop by Chronopost
From November 2, 2021 Les créations en bois de Maryline offer you a new mode of transport for your orders:

You have 7 calendar days (that means Monday to Sunday) to collect your package.
If you cannot collect the package yourself, you can appoint a person of your choice who can come on your behalf with your identity document and a power of attorney to collect the package.
Beyond these 7 calendar days, your package will be returned to Les Créations en bois de Maryline. In this case, please contact us to agree on another shipment together.
